Promote awareness and support for local art and culture when you volunteer with our Art Education Program in
Bolivia.
As a volunteer in our Art Education Program in Santa Cruz,
you will be working side-by-side local artists, musicians
and museum curators while promoting Bolivian art and music.
Volunteers who have music and/or theater experience will
be able to participate in the local performing arts scene.
You will have the chance to showcase your personal skills,
teaching workshops about your music and acting, as well
as performing for groups of people. You will also have
the opportunity to promote and participate in the national
music fair during the annual music festival in Santa Cruz.
Volunteers in Bolivia also have the option of working at a local museum dedicated to indigenous art and history. The museum has a
nice collection of artifacts, but is always looking for more items to display. You will have the opportunity to help find new art
for the museum by traveling around Santa Cruz and contacting local art dealers and owners. You will also be able to help the
museum staff work on new displays, promote new exhibits, and guide museum tours.
As a volunteer with our Art Education Program in Bolivia, you will be using your skills and talents to promote education about
local art and music.
 As
a volunteer you can choose to:
 Teach music and/or theater to local citizens
Help develop and promote the international art
festival in Santa Cruz
Travel around Santa Cruz to find artifacts and
works of art for the museum
Contact local art owners in order to access
indigenous art
Guide museum tours
Translate for museum visitors
Help develop museum exhibits
